Information and purposes

We store your wish or provider proposal, home town and country of residence, desired experience location, travel range, indicative price, party size, timeframe and booking intent. We use these to assess demand for experiences by location and possible ways to make them happen. Submissions are not automatically published. There are no bookings or payments.

You confirm that you are at least 18 and separately consent to storing and evaluating your response (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw that consent and delete your entry through its private deletion link. We store your country of residence as a country code.

Participation is voluntary. Without the required fields and consent to evaluate your answer, we cannot save your wish; an email address is not needed to submit it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Optional email

You can separately choose updates about your wish, concrete offers for other experiences within your selected travel range, or a reply to your provider proposal. We process your email for these purposes with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We send a confirmation link and regard the address as confirmed only after you use it. You can unsubscribe through the link in each message, and delete your entry separately.

For proof, we retain the time, selected purposes and consent-text version. Unconfirmed addresses are removed by the next cleanup after the 48-hour link expires.

Retention and deletion

Submissions and associated confirmed email contacts are deleted from our database after 90 days from receipt unless you delete them or withdraw consent earlier. Cleanup is scheduled and can also be triggered by the operator. Service providers may apply separate retention periods to technical logs and sent emails.

Recipients and technical data

The website and database run on Cloudflare. Resend sends confirmation emails. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages sent to our contact address to a Gmail inbox at Google. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and technical access logs to deliver and secure the website. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

The website and database use Cloudflare; the D1 database is configured for an EU jurisdiction. Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) sends confirmation emails. These providers or their subprocessors may process data outside the EEA, particularly in the United States. Their data processing terms provide for EU Standard Contractual Clauses or, where applicable, an adequacy decision for such transfers. Google may also process forwarded contact messages outside the EEA. You can ask us at the contact address for information about the applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards.

We use no app analytics cookies, advertising pixels or visitor identifiers. We count form starts and completions in aggregate by day, language, form type and campaign source.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. Your private deletion link also lets you download the stored information or delete the entry. For other requests, contact us at the address above; email messages have a separate unsubscribe link. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority. There are no solely automated decisions with legal effects.
